    Hey!

My wife and I are going to be around Yorkshire in a couple of weeks time.

We’re really looking forward to it, and these are some nice options to stay in that area! Never heard of this hotel chain, but it looks cool! 🙂

Thanks a lot for the tips!

      Hi Israel,

Thank you for your comment. Yorkshire generally is beautiful but in my travel experience, the hotel that one stays at, is make or break for a holiday. If you are not happy or the service sub-standard, it colours the whole memory of the trip and leaves regrets.

You won’t have that experience with the Crerar Hotels & Inns. Everything from the accommodation to the friendliness of the staff and the finest of fine dining will make you return time and again, as many people do.

Chevin Country Park Hotel and Spa – Yorkgate, Otley, Yorkshire, England, is a really beautiful example of Alpine comfort and it is set in 44 acres of natural, protected woodland. Summer walks along the lakes, through woodlands and gardens will make your break one to remember.

Chevin is really easy to find whether driving or going in by plane. With the hotel and lodges located a short taxi ride from Leeds/Bradford International Airport, 11 miles from Leeds city centre, 30 miles from York, and 12 miles from Harrogate, it’s a “reet good choice” for a last minute short break and weekends away. They have some brilliant offers and specials for breaks. Here is the link to see more choices: Crerarhotels.com

    Hi Althea,
Your article about the Crerar Hotels and Inns was so complete and full of passion about the properties. Your description of each location made me want to visit all of them. I live in the U.S and am an avid golfer so Do they have golf at some of the locations? Would this be a great place for my buddies and I to plan a golfing trip? Do they offer any package like that?
Back to your content, you are so passionate about this chain of Hotels and Inns, is this due to your experience with the hotels?
I have never been to Scotland but my ancestors are from there and I would love to visit and the Crerar Inns sound wonderful so maybe plans in the future.
Look forward to your reply and great job on your post.

With such wonderful people running a huge business like this, to still find time to see to others really does my heart good!

They have a number of hotels that are near golf links and have packages for each. Here are three of the best.
